Shipping

Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 5-7 business days, personalized items within 1-2 weeks. Exceptions include items shipped from locations other than our main warehouse. Please check the Shipping tab on individual product pages for details. 

Charges

The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges will appear during the Checkout process, before payment is entered.

Who Pays for Duties and Taxes?

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the country. You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery, to settle any outstanding duties, taxes or fees.

Customs

For goods shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the goods and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the goods may not conform to destination country. You are responsible for assuring the goods can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
